CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

 

Please read before registering  !

 

The following information will help you to have some important details needed for your registration . After reading this instruction page, you will be entitled to fill out your information, agree to our terms and conditions, then submit the application form. Necessary information, announcement or update related to our conferences is provided in this official website of All Nations Church.  Applicants that are accepted as our next guests  for our coming up events,  are required to check their email boxes and visit this website  in a daily basis to look up the announcements  and updated posts concerning eventual change of date and venue. 

 

Registrants from US, Canada and Mexico  -

 

The registration is free for residents of US, Canada and Mexico since they may not need our help to attend the conference.  They would  pay  $250.00 only for registration fees and conference materials.

 

Non-US Registrants  -  

 

The registration fees for non US residents is  $ US 500.00 ( US Dollar Five hundred ) including participation fees and conference materials.  A registration is accepted as complete only if  a full payment  of the fees is made by a major credit card in this website. Those who need to send payment by Western Union or MoneyGram  must call our church office  to receive all the complete information required by the funds transfer agencies.  

After completing the registration form and paying the fees, the registrant will receive from us a confirmation email including copies of the invitation letter and the hotel reservation in his name.

We do not apply for your US Visa - Do it yourself !

All Nations Church does not provide any service related to US visa application or air ticket booking for our guests. The only documents we send to our guests are a hard copy of a notarized  invitation and a hotel reservation . Every applicant is responsible for his own visa application procedures and  must meet all the US Embassy requirements in his home country.


Registration fees are not refundable

 

We do not reimburse the registration fees if an admitted registrant cancel his participation for any unforeseen inconvenience or non issuance of US visa.

Beware of Fraudsters !!!

 

Please contact us directly by email or by telephone to check with us about any person acting on the behalf of All Nations Church as our registration agent or contact person. No representative is allowed to take cash or any other form of payment for registration processing without our Dallas Corporate Office's mandate. In case of doubt, please contact us
